LONG BEACH (September 6, 2014)  –  P2S Engineering’s Kevin and Kent Peterson will soon be strutting their stuff on the fashion runway as part of a charity event benefiting Long Beach Ronald McDonald House. The nonprofit organization, which provides a home away for home for families whose children are undergoing treatment for cancer and other life-threatening illness, will be honoring the brothers as “A Few Good Men” for their generous philanthropic support in the local community.

As part of the gala event, guests will have the chance to eat and mingle with the Petersons, along with more than 300 community leaders, before heading to the runway show. They will also have the option of bidding on a weekend of fly-fishing with the pair at their private family residence in Island Park, Idaho, as well as a number of other specialty auction items provided by other “A Few Good Men” honorees.

“It’s an honor to share the catwalk with so many respected Long Beach leaders,” says P2S President and CEO Kevin Peterson.  “I can’t say I’ll be quitting my day job anytime soon – but I look forward to walking the runway for the first time, for such a worthy cause.”

The “A Few Good Men” gala will take place Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at the Pacific Ballroom at the Long Beach Arena. Other “A Few Good Men” honorees include Jim Gray, Skip Keesal, Don Knabe, Gene Lentzner, John Molina, Justin Rudd, Tom Shadden, Ken Walker, and Mike Walter.
